Refund Policy

At Natural Serenity, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. We have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness in our practices.

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a charge for the full amount of the booked session.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

2. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late for their appointment will forfeit their session.
  • No refunds will be given for sessions forfeited due to late arrival.
  • If a client arrives late but within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • We maintain a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or disrespect towards our therapists.
  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.
  • No refunds will be given for sessions terminated due to inappropriate behavior or disrespect towards our therapists.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments for services rendered are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as determined by the management of Natural Serenity LLC. 
  • In the event of an error or exceptional circumstance, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare cases where a refund is warranted (e.g., a medical emergency or error in booking), clients must submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
  • The management will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 14 business days.
